preview edition was released in April 2003 and published monthly since then till December 2017. The magazine then went fully digital from April 2018. As a print magazine, TIMELESS was published on matte paper in a 40 page magazine size format and had a print run of 2000 copies with readership close to 12,000 and circulation covering a broad spectrum of informed and elitist readers, using a network of churches, companies, sales outlets, subscribers, airlines, private cab companies and vendors in major business districts of Lagos. The readership by virtue of our distribution channels went as far as the West African Coast, the United Kingdom and the United States. Ours is a premium influential news-magazine targeted at the upper and middle class members of the society with a strong core readership. TIMELESS Digital launched with about 2, 100 unique email subscribers, a Facebook subscription of 1,700, over 2000 phone numbers on our phone database and 600 unique individuals on our proprietary subscription list.

In the past 15 years, TIMELESS has been able to touch a lot of minds and has been a useful agency for higher moral values and standards in society. TIMELESS strives to provide a readable magazine for every member of the family. We not only seek to put the news in a sound perspective and provide the sociology to those stories that touch the generality of the people and the polity but we also seek to interest and entertain in wholesome and socially desirable and responsible terms.
